Good Friday

After the service on Friday morning, our church enjoyed
a delicious potluck dinner, dessert, and hymnsing.
A bunch of us then went for a walk in a conservation area close by, enjoying ourselves despite the icy trail & cold wind! :)

Kevin, Carole, And Ashleigh joined us as well, despite Carole's (first) duedate being the very next day! Sad to say, all that exercise did not make the baby come any faster & they are still waiting patiently (or not so patiently?!? -- ;) just kidding, Carole!) for their sweet little
pink or blue bundle.

Bethany did not enjoy herself, however; she complained most of the way, probably because she is not used to a cold wind on her face. Plus I had woken her up from her afternoon nap. She laughed with relief as soon as I got her back into our warm van!

Margarita, Damian, & Ryan -- we are very thankful that the Lord has brought this family from Bulgaria into our lives! Damian began working with Ralph at BE last spring, and they have been coming to our church. Margarita also joins us on Thursdays at co-op.
For the past month our family has been especially blessed by her, because she & Ryan take the bus here every Wednesday to help us
out for the day! I was very behind in marking (again), so Margarita has caught up now. She makes new foods for us to try, and does an aerobics class with us as well (since she worked as a fitness
trainer on cruise ships in the past!).
