Backyard Visitors

Many birds have been brightening up our days this snowy winter... ever since we were inspired by our great science textbook to put up some bird feeders.

Ralph ordered this neat window feeder online for a family Christmas present, and the birds have been coming to us right at our kitchen sink ever since!
Above is a white-breasted nuthatch with a house finch.
And red-breasted nuthatches visit every day!
