More Apples

Friday was Applesauce Day #2, a fun day, to make up for Ralph being gone from Tuesday to Saturday at a plastics show in Germany.
(We were so thankful that the Lord brought him safely home on Saturday evening!) Luke & Rachel were such a big help, & the other kids kept each other so busy that they were absolutely no trouble!

Timmy & his friends finished their castles last Thursday,
in Art class with Cher. Look at those cute grins! :)Candle-making
Gym on the tramp is great fun!
And Rachel took the oldest two Art classes for a nature walk,
where they looked for scenes to capture on camera & draw later.
The next # of pictures were all taken near the house...
what a beautiful place, & a great opportunity for the kids!








To celebrate Brad's birthday, Sharon brought a pinata for his class,
as well as cake for all of us! Thanks so much!




Thanks again for letting us invade every Thursday, Marcia --
it really works out well, especially with the wonderful weather we've had this fall! One more week... and then we'll be skating instead at a rink nearby (once a week for the month of November).

Apples & Cake

Yesterday was Applesauce Day #1, and we had lots of help!

she has been a growing help over the years.
I don't know what I would have done without her yesterday! :)

We had a little birthday celebration for Ashleigh, who turned 5 on Tuesday! Thanks for the yummy pizza & cute cake, Carole!

Maria was also a big help, keeping the rest of the kids constantly occupied when they were done washing apples.

And Jeremy kept the kids busy too, even Bethany! :)
