That night, the girls slept in Ashleigh's beautiful room
& the rest of us were upstairs.

Friday was Mom's birthday, so we had a surprise planned...
making her dinner (rather an unusual event for her)
and serving it on a new dining set! As you can see, she was quite shocked & delighted. Mom's a great person to surprise!

Steve had picked up the table & hidden it overnight in a neighbour's garage. The guys then set it up on Friday while Mom was visiting Beppe. Happy Birthday, Mom!
