I had turned a Bach CD on this morning. When it came to "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring," Andrew exclaimed, "Mama, Bach!" (Bach is one word he pronounces very well!) We were all a bit surprised, although it's not the first time that he has recognised Bach's music. When the song finished, he said, "Bye-bye, Bach!"
Later we found Andrew in the bathroom standing on the (closed) toilet lid, trying to turn on the tap in order to put water in his plastic elephant's trunk. "Andoo Lah-lah Elph-ah!" Translated: "Andrew's giving water to Elephant!"
Looking out of our front window, Timmy said after supper, "Know why motor-men have motorcycles? 'Cuz they want to get home faster."
